It is time once again for the Galveston Historical Foundation’s (GHF) annual Historic Homes Tour featuring treasures of Galveston real estate.
The days and times are 10 am until 6 pm The weekends of May 2-3 and May 9-10.

Events surrounding the event include a preview on Friday, May 1, “The Architecture and History of Historic Galveston” – a led by Dwayne Jones, the GHF Executive Director, a walking tour fo the Strand National Historic District, a bike tour of GHF projects in historic neighborhoods, and others as well. Historic preservation is a boost to Galveston’s economy, and these events will show visitors the vast amount of historic resources that exits in Galveston.
Proceeds from the tour benefit GHF, allowing it to continue its historic preservation efforts.
