Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS)

The Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS) certification is a fairly new program of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

NAR started this program about two years ago due to the popularity of the resort and second home market across the country. The program requires two core courses plus nine elective NAR courses and is designed to increase the level of professioanlism in this important market.

I am the only Galveston Realtor who has the RSPS certification. – James Selig
