One designation of which I am particularly proud is the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Obtaining this designation required passing numerous two-day courses which were all packed with a wealth of information. The CRS designation is presented to those agents who pass the courses successfully and meet stiff production requirements. In other words, CRS agents are experienced agents.
Only 35,000 plus agents nationwide have earned the CRS designation, and only 13 Galveston Realtors have earned the designation. – James Selig
