100 properties sold in November with a total value of $19,300,745. This is ahead of November last year which had sales of only 79 properties with a value of only $15,920,430.
Year-to-date, 1,425 properties have sold with a value of $311,658,754 vs year-to-date 2006 of just 1,338 properties with a value of $288,183,351.
