Galveston Real Estate - Part 5 – Showing Your Home:

When you leave your home, make cetain you leave it as if you know that there will be a showing.

Fill your home with pleasant scents.

Make certain that the lights are on and the drapes and blinds are open.

Turn off the television.

Keep pets out of the way and preferably not in the house.

Do not be at your home, even outside, when the buyers are there.
