Galveston Sold Statistics

Sales of properties listed on the Galveston MLS continue ahead of last year.

In September 2007, there were sales of 104 properties for a total of $22,980,024.  This is compared to  September 2006 with sales of 116 properties totaling $21,043,525.

Year-to-date through September 2007 there were sales of 1,222 properties totaling $268,222,436 compared to year-to-date September 2006 sales of 1,181 properties totaling $248,276,241.

Inventory in all categories is still high.
